Help with a Cleric

Advice

Looking to mock up a Bad Touch Cleric but don't know which deity and which weapon would be best for effectiveness. The idea would be to basically always be in melee range with a Deity that has Harm and a very strong focus power that is Touch range. Whether he's evil or good doesn't matter, as long as he's a bad mother... For stat allocation I was thinking this but if it's no good let me know.

Str 16
Dex 12
Con 10
Int 10
Wis 18
Cha 12

Character would start at level 10 I'm thinking Human but if there's something better please help me, and attribute increases would go to Str, Con, Wis, Cha.

Str 19
Dex 12
Con 14
Int 10
Wis 20
Cha 16

Con10 => 16 does not seem possible with only 2 up's.

The key to being a harm cleric is to have awesome things to do when Enemies are not adjacent to you, so that they waste their actions coming to you, and then you unleash three actions of harm on them, making them regret their most recent life choices. You might be going overboard on melee range effects if you are a strength build, and harm, and want melee focus powers. You only get three actions a turn after all.

I like the theme of touching people (uhh that doesn't sound good) like a Bad Touch Cleric from pf1 with a lethal Touch attack, a front liner that isn't very tanky but very lethal in his own right that can burst for a massive amount of damage. I don't like the idea of fighting from range casting Harm.

I agree. Casting harm at range is a waste of resources. I play a harm cleric myself (Zon Kuthon) but I went dex instead of STR, since he uses a spiked chain. My suggestion about considering a ranged focus power was geared towards having something to make the enemy feel like they have to move to you on their turn after you hit them with something nasty. The position you don't want to be in is moving with 2 actions to get close to your enemy, because it is difficult to have the AC and HP necessary to take three attacks from a powerful foe.

But sometimes I even just move into cover or slightly away from my enemy, to make it look like I don't want them coming close, so I can be ready to unleash when they do.

Cloistered Cleric of Calistria, Human, but Iruxi have better stats for this if you wish.
Stats STR 14 - CON 12 - DEX 10 - INT 10 - 18 WIS - CHA 14
LVL 10 stats
Stats STR 18 - CON 16 - DEX 10 - INT 10 - WIS 20 - CHA 18

Domain Initiate Pain
Champion Dedication
Harming Hands
Cast Down
Champion Reaction
Selective Energy

Basically Cast Down for prone, this stat distribuition gives you the maximum possible harms, Pain savor the sting is a touch spell and gives you +1 stat bonus to hit while the enemy is suffering.

Warpriest of Hei Feng
Same stats that you used.
Lvl 2 - Domain Initiate - Air
Harming Hands
Cast Down
Advanced Domain
Replenishment of War

Again Cast Down, but here the main thing is the advanced air domain, after you take a hit you disperse into air and avoid more damage from a monster.

I like the first build. I do have a question, how do you play that Cleric, does he ever use his whip or just ignore that completely? Do I have enough spells per day at level 10 to last me 3 combats a day? What does a typical Mook/boss fight look like?

One last thing unrelated to this build, is there any way to get the Decay Domain AND True Strike? Cuz that would be pretty damn nice, trying to land Fort saves (Harm) is a son of a ...

Selects God with True Strike and the font you want, take the syncretism class feat and select a god with the decay domain.

Be careful though that the anathema does not cause too much issue.
