I placed the subject order on Sunday the 15th and it's still showing as pending. Just wanted to follow and up and make sure there wasn't an issue. I know conditions out there are not ideal at the moment so no worries if you're just running behind. Thanks!

As you may have heard, Paizo’s warehouse has closed from March 26th-April 9th, 2020, due to the Covid19 pandemic. Unfortunately your pending order was not able to be fulfilled prior to this temporary closure. We expect to resume shipping on April 9th, and will be prioritizing orders such as yours that did not ship before the closure. Further information about the state mandated closure can be found in this blog post, and up to date information on the customer service backlog can be found in this forum thread.

I wanted to reach out to you to confirm that you still wished to process the order before we took any further action. I am happy to help you either continue to prepare the order for fulfillment upon opening of the warehouse, or cancel it if you would prefer to do so.
