So as we move out game online I wonder if anyone has a good set of token condition markers. Token condition markers are the little icons that get added to token to designate things like blinded or clumsy. I was looking there a bunch 5e ones out there but no Pathfinder Second Edition ones. It would be great to have a set for PF2 :) Just wondering...

On a side note....

It seems Pathfinder went all in on the Roll20 stuff...core rule books, a few PF1 APs and even Fall of Plaguestone. But seemed to miss the basic assets that could go along with gaming online. Like condition token iconography or even basic flipmaps, I like the get a PDF thing or a discount if you own a PDF they have going on...I would buy flipmaps if I got a roll20 and Paizo PDF off the market place. :)

If you click on a token it brings up like 20 icons you can use for conditions. If you hover over one and press a number key instead it gives that icon with the number, which is great for tracking rounds.

Yep it does...Roll20 implemented a feature that allows you to create the token marker sets, meaning they can be changed to fit your game. I thought it would be cool is there was a set for Pathfinder 2. Since there are 42 different conditions in the game it might help.

Roll20 Customer Token Marker

I will use the current default set until I find something better :)

BTW, the icons roll20 uses are all from Lorc's icon set. Nearly every RPG icon out there these days is either from the set or styled very similarly (or big budget).

I didn't even know you could customize these. Thanks!

That customization is definitely handy. Do you know if there's any way to apply actual penalties to the Roll20 sheet, though?

It's a bit of a hassle, but put the appropriate negative in the "TEMP" box for each impacted stat.

Here's another tip. You can put macros in the "Additional Damage" box for attacks.

For example, my Ranger has several sources of additional damage that may or may not apply to each strike, so I put this in the Additional Damage box of my Composite Shortbow:

[[?{Precision|1D8}]] Precision, [[?{Sneak Attack|1D6}]] Precision

Every time I roll damage, I get 2 popup boxes, one asking about Precision damage, and the other asking about Sneak Attack damage. If i want to apply the damage, I just click Ok. If not, I change it to 0 in the popup, and then click Ok.

That way I don't have to build multiple different variations of my Strikes.

Roll20's macro customization is fantastic.
I managed to (finally, after several attempts across multiple games over three years) managed to create a macro that gives me a SINGLE skill button. Click it, pick a skill, presto. Its for PF1, but I'm sure I could make it work for PF2 as well (given some time to poke at the sheet).

Can you post the macro so we can see it?

So I just noticed the Condition Cards have icons!!! I would be great if we could purchase or get our hands on those images...having them match the cards would be super helpful.

How does one go about requesting something like that?

Of course.

In theory, the buttons on the PF2 sheet have sensibly named macros associated with them and you just need to update the list.
(Note that the indentation is lost, but adding a tab or couple of spaces back in on every line except first and last is pretty easy)

I've done this as well & it's not too difficult once you understand how Roll20 macros work.. Here's a simple one I made for PF1, just replace all the +0's with whatever your modifier is:

PF1 Skill Macro:

/me ?{ Skill:|Perception, makes a Perception check
Perception: [[d20+0]] |Acrobatics, makes an Acrobatics check
Acrobatics: [[d20+0]] |Appraise, makes an Appraise check
Appraise: [[d20+0]] |Bluff, makes a Bluff check
Bluff: [[d20+0]] |Climb, makes a Climb check
Climb: [[d20+0]] |Craft, makes a Craft() check
Craft(): [[d20+0]] |Diplomacy, makes a Diplomacy check
Diplomacy: [[d20+0]] |Disable Device, makes a Disable Device check(trained only)
Disable Device: [[d20+0]] |Disguise, makes a Disguise check
Disguise: [[d20+0]] |Escape Artist, makes an Escape Artist check
Escape Artist: [[d20+0]] |Fly, makes a Fly check
Fly: [[d20+0]] |Handle Animal, makes a Handle Animal check(trained only)
Handle Animal: [[d20+0]] |Heal, makes a Heal check
Heal: [[d20+0]] |Intimidate, makes an Intimidate check
Intimidate: [[d20+0]] |Knowledge, makes a Knowledge check(trained only)
[[d20]]
Kn(arcana): +0
Kn(dungeoneering): +0
Kn(engineering): +0
Kn(geography): +0
Kn(history): +0
Kn(local): +0
Kn(nature): +0
Kn(nobility): +0
Kn(planes): +0
Kn(religion): +0 |Linguistics, makes a Linguistics check(trained only)
Linguistics: [[d20+0]] |Perform, makes a Perform() check
Perform(): [[d20+0]] |Profession, makes a Profession() check(trained only)
Profession(): [[d20+0]] |Ride, makes a Ride check
Ride: [[d20+0]] |Sense Motive, makes a Sense Motive check
Sense Motive: [[d20+0]] |Sleight of Hand, makes a Sleight of Hand check(trained only)
Sleight of Hand: [[d20+0]] |Spellcraft, makes a Spellcraft check
Spellcraft: [[d20+0]] |Stealth, makes a Stealth check
Stealth: [[d20+0]] |Survival, makes a Survival check
Survival: [[d20+0]] |Swim, makes a Swim check
Swim: [[d20+0]] |Use Magic Device, makes a Use Magic Device check(trained only)
Use Magic Device: [[d20+0]] }

I've actually made entire sheets of random Roll20 macro templates to share within my group in the past (like Kineticist Blasts). Have yet to update things to PF2, but I'm currently considering an integration with my Character Sheet so it will auto generate several Roll20 macros using modifiers from the sheet. (& then GM versions once I get my GM Sheet done - because group wide secret checks at the push of a button is highly convenient)

---
@Topic: Also never realized you could customize these. Kinda tempted to want to customize a set for all PF2's conditions, but I have too much on my plate already.

That doesn't pull from your actual character sheet though. Which is what I was doing. You have to go in and modify the macro when you level up, which is less than ideal.

That's why I said it was a simple one. I've done ones that have pulled from a Roll 20 character sheet before, but those became troublesome when my group increasingly had issues with using that sheet in PF1. I've also had versions linked to the attributes section so you could make custom pools and stuff.

Though out of curiosity, it seems like you used "selected" in your macro, so I assume it only works when you have the token selected. In that case, why use "/me" instead of "/emas @{selected|token_name}" to start it off? It can be really helpful if you have a companion creature or something to help distinguish which one is making the roll.

Because when I made it I didn't know about emas. :D

Thanks for the great tips. I'll definitely return to this thread after I get my feet wet with Roll 20.

If anyone uses FoundryVTT, I just made a condition marker set out of Lorc's icons.
Seeing if I can get it implemented in the base pf2 package.
