I would use it in my campaign, because use only female image, can make a confuse message, for an inbreed society..
They have no specific uniform - so take a random greatsword fighter in medium armor? Google for "human fighter greatsword" shows a few reasonable results. You get more choices when you accept a different big weapon or heavy armor.
My players wouldn't care too much - but ok, I don't know yours.
