Hello! I have two orders in my order history -- #17062089 and #17040702 -- that are both showing as "pending" and both for the same thing (an Adventure Path subscription and path #152). Could you please cancel one of them? Thanks.
We were able to get this all sorted out. All of your sub items except Adventure Path 152, which has shipped, are in your sidecart. Did you want us to leave them there, or have them ship out right away?
Everything in my account order history now looks correct and my sidecart is properly, er, sideloaded. I can wait for the regular delivery schedule. This issue is resolved. Thank you for your time and attention.
I may have spoken too soon. Now my sidecart appears to be empty and I don't see an order. If the subscription items have shipped, great. If they haven't, could you please try again and set the items to ship immediately? Thank you.
