I can't buy my items

I've attempted to buy a few items from the store multiple times and I can never place the order. I've been reentering all of my details over and over but I still can't buy anything. Please help.

Hello 8BitBubble,

Your card is being declined when you try to place the order. We are getting 2 declines on the card. Both Insufficient funds" which is the most recent one from yesterday, and "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." That one is your bank declining it but not telling us why.
