Online voucher not working

Hi,

I'm trying to redeem a voucher won during a recent gameday and am continually seeing a "not valid" message when trying to apply it. After looking at the forums it seems like it might be a common issue?

I've already emailed customer support but haven't heard back. I'd like to use it before the expiration date, can you look into this?

Thanks for the response, unfortunately it looks like I'm still getting the same error message "That code is not recognized or is not valid for this order."

Anything else I can try?

Hi Peff!

Sorry about that, looks like our system was having some wires crossed with a setting on the code. I've granted you $10 in store credit, which you should be able to apply to the order in the same way the voucher would be.
