Can someone help sort out the issues I am having with my orders 10529243 and 10529366?
I made a purchase using store credit, 10529243, which had both digital and physical items. I immediately was able to download the digital purchases and was charged for the rest against my store credit. This order had the holiday 10% additional discount.
The physical items got bundled with some subscription items in a new order, 10529366, and I was charged again on my credit card. In addition, my remaining store credit was used. Some of my items were moved to my side cart and do not appear to reflect the 10% discount or the fact that they had already been paid for with store credit.
It is certainly possible that my remaining store credit was not enough to cover the new items in full and I might owe some money above my balance but it appears that I was overcharged by a couple hundred dollars.

Thank you for correcting the issues. Looks good as far as I can tell regarding the Store credit. I do not yet see the refund posted to my credit card. I will continue to monitor and will be in touch if the credit does not post within the next few days.
