Order 15560091 and Order 15919173

Hi, my last two orders are shown empty on your web interface and status-completed https://paizo.com/paizo/account/orders
In emails everything is ok and all items are listed but status is pending. Since I want all of these items and purchase to go trough can you please check what is the issue and what can I do to resolve it?

Thank you Virginia, for the fast response but sadly Order 15560091 is now fixed but Order 15919173 is still broken
