Toil Domain not in Gods & Magic?

Rules Discussion

I am unsure if this post goes in this section... but anyways.

In the Fires of the Haunted City adventure path (PZO90148) on page 63, it says:

Quote:

Toil Domain

The toil domain is an alternate domain (described fully
in Lost Omens Gods and Magic) and can be selected
using the Expanded Domain Initiate feat from that book

I am not finding anything more about the Toil domain in Gods & Magic, if only this note:

† Pathfinder Adventure Path #148 at the upper right in the APPENDIX, tagged to the "Toil" domain entry (Mammon Archdevil for instance)

What am I missing here!? Why do they say that in the AP, since it already lists all the details for that domain!?

Thanks for the clarification!

The context might be that the "rules for alternate domains" are in Lost Omens: Gods & Magic rather than reprinted information for the Toil domain. So all the information about the Toil domain, in particular, is in the AP, but the difference between alternate domains and regular ones, and how you get an alternate domain are in Gods & Magic.

They’re talking about Toil being an alternate domain, the mechanism for which is in Gods and Magic, rather than the Toil domain specifically.

Ohh!
THANKS for clearing that up!!
