The new deadliest spell is 0 level? (churn fluids)

Rules Questions

So, there's this spell :https://www.aonsrd.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Churn%20Fluid&Family =None

Now it seams at first glance to be harmless. Just change fluids into different things? ha. But there is no line stating that it does not work on living things. You only need see the fluid and you can change it. Blood is a fluid. Thus if you can see someones blood than you just turn it into salt water which would kill said person right quick.
Now it says also that the liquid can't be "damaging" but salt water is not damaging in and of itself, so would this still work? Or is the term "damaging" context sensitive here? Thoughts?

Think this part -

...non-damaging fluid with no other game effects...

kind of prevents that type of abuse.

Meh.
The biggest thing about this spell is that there's more to fluids than just liquids.
Though there is one single "liquid" occurence in the description, everything else is about "fluids", which is likely way more than intended.
You know what container full of fluids you see quite often ? Armor. Turn that atmosphere into plasma. Or lava. Or mustard gas. Or mercury. Or acid I guess. Bourbon even, because it's not like most people can breath it. It's likely within the bulk limit from fairly early on.

Obviously, not the intent of the spell.
Let's not try to go beyond what a level 0 spell is supposed to do.
It's already got potential for fun and silliness as is, and can be the joker that'll allow you to McGyver your way out of a tricky situation.
That's quite enough for a cantrip.

Wait, is this a serious question? Of course this wouldn't work, and you could probably count the people fool enough to accept the argument in a game they're running, worldwide, on the fingers of one hand.

A creature is not a receptacle you dirty, no-good blood benders! ^_^

Anything is a receptacle if you try hard enough or plan well enough.
