Can you combine the cartomancer witch and spellslinger wizard to fire cards out of your gun?

Quick question for a potential character concept, would you rule that I would be able to fire delivered touch attacks from my cartomancer cards out of my spellslinger gun (flavoring it as the cards are used as ammunition)?

Spellslinger: Arcane Gun (Su) A spellslinger can cast any ranged touch attack, cone, line, or ray spells through his arcane gun.

Cartomancer: The cartomancer can deliver a touch spell with a thrown card. This uses the Deadly Dealer feat (see below), except the attack is resolved as a ranged touch attack and the card deals no damage of its own. This ability can be used with any card (not just one from the cartomancer’s spell deck).

A thrown card is not the same as one fired out of a gun. Trying to fire a card out of a gun should result in confetti. By rules and flavour this makes no sense. I'd be suspicious that this was being done for a combo of mechanics and no other reason, and wouldn't be especially open to it.

Yeah, no.
A character with 1 level of both would be able to deliver wizard spells with his gun, and witch spells with his cards. Class abilities that alter the way class features work do not have any effect on abilities granted by other classes.

So for instance if you dipped Spellslinger and went full Cartomancer you'd only be able to use your wizard spells with the gun. Also you'd only be able to sacrifice wizard spell slots to power the Spellslinger's Magic Bullet ability. Likewise you wouldn't be able to use the Cartomancer's abilities to modify your wizard spells.

Dunno that I'd go as far as Meirril - just like sorcerer bloodline arcanas work with 'spells' not just 'sorcerer spells' the spellslinger can use their gun with spells not derived from wizard class levels, as far as I know.

The Spellslinger part works just fine, as per the generel rule given by this FAQ.

However, Cartomancer's ability says "the cartomancer can deliver a touch spell with a thrown card", emphasis mine. Even if you somehow could shoot the card, it wouldn't be a thrown card.
