Using the ranged attack granted by Sivanah's version of the Avatar spell, Illusory Assault, seems like it would violate her anathema of using illusions to harm another creature. Am I reading into this wrong? It doesn't seem like an Avatar ability should be contradictory with a deities values like that.

It's not an illusion because it doesn't have the illusion trait.
Achaekek's Spine Volley ranged attack doesn't have the volley trait because it...doesn't have the volley trait.
Alseta's Portal Toss does not create a portal, or leave on on the ground afterwards.
Arazni's Call Blood does not summon blood or use a telephonic device.
Besmara's Ship's Cannon does not create a ship or a cannon.
And so on.
