Good day i make an order the las 22 of Decenber 2019 is still in pending and is more than 20 business days. It also say "Waiting for backordered product" but i made the purchase when they were Available.

Hello Maldad,

I have removed the two items that are backordered and do not seem like something we will be receiving new stock of. Miniatures are prone to getting over-ordered when multiple people add the item to their cart in a similar timeframe, so I anticipate this is why they were available at the time of ordering, but became something we no longer.

I have sent you a new confirmation email containing all of the items we do have and can send to you. Please confirm these changes are alright and I can get these items on their way to you. Thank you!


Thx for respond. Hello i understad i was just waiting for the mummies and the Marilith but if is out and is not going to be in the store. i cant do nothing. I agree with the order.
Now what happend with the money do you will make a refound or i will wait for backorder OR can i buy another bones minis for this order?

Hi again i just recibe the e-mail of the new state of the order BUT, also i recibe the notification of you charging me again on my creditcard. I already got charge with 44.92 the 23 of december 2019 for all. Now you are charging me again 23.33 agian for the minis they are in store.

Thats why i ask before

i will ask my bank if got charge the first time but still can you check this? thx

Hello Maldad,

We only charge for items when they ship. The authorization that was originally open for the larger amount was not finalized and should disappear off of your account as though it never existed. We finalized the smaller amount of about $23, and this is the only charge I see. If you are continuing to see more charges than that, please let us know. Thank you!
