My friends and I all are accustomed to 5e and a couple other games but I’m looking to begin a pathfinder campaign as I’ve played a few games and like what it has to offer over 5e. I’ve a basic campaign idea in mind but I need a few more resources besides the core book and D20PFSRD.
I’d like to know more about the core universe of Galarion before I begin, like a map of the world or a particularly diverse continent.
I’ve read up on the basis of the pathfinder society and I’m familiar enough with the gameplay and rules that I won’t have to wing it to much on that end.
The basis of my campaign that I have in mind is a great cataclysm leaving the known world in ruin, much like in the fallout universe but arcane rather than nuclear. The focus, at least for now, would be a hunter’s guild style campaign with the party tasked by themselves or by others to rid the area/country/world of what plagued it so that civilization can rebuild.
I would like some notable canon factions/ organizations that would likely persevere after the cataclysm and take part in reconstruction. My players may draw from these factions or simply be part of the pathfinders society outright, but I’ll leave that to them as I don’t want to force them to be aligned with the pathfinders society immediately if I can find a better means of uniting a party.
You could check out the Lost Omens World Guide.
It is not a SUPER in depth book, but it comes with a map of the main areas of Golarion and it has pages of info for each region, including major factions and all of that. Ought to be enough to prime the pump, especially as you are wanting to tear that world down and play on the ashes of all of the kingdoms. Who needs all the nitty gritty then?

Try Pathfinder Wiki. It offers a good overview of the campaign setting.
Worldwound is an option, but Paizo has really stressed the Lastwall scenario too. Which will almost certainly be appearing in [many?] APs, and has archetypes and a very dedicated history and background. Zombie apocalypse for Lastwall, abyssal invasion in the Worldwound.
If it's a worldwide cataclysm then you could also look at D&D's Dark Sun setting. Basically a gamma world setting, if I remember right
