I got the Lost Omens Subscription on the 16th and the Gods and Magic book got put into the sidecart. I wanted it to get delivered as soon as possible so I pressed the "ship as soon as possible" button. This put the product in the shopping cart, but it told me that I had already purchased it. (Because I technically had, I had just had the order cancelled on Wednesday, 15th after I learned about the subscription.)
I got worried and deleted the item from the cart, but it didn't return into the sidecart and I'm not sure how to fix it. When I check my subscriptions there is an empty space with nothing in it.
I contacted customer service and told that there is still an order pending.
How can I view the order? I cannot see it in my order history: The only ones I can see are the subscription itself (Which has no price or status information, for example), the cancelled order I made previously (last wednesday) and the old, completed order for another product.
I tried resubscribing, but cannot do it because the subscription is still there.
Is the order still going through or has it gotten stuck somewhere?

It looks like the order did get stuck somewhere. Admittedly that "Ship as soon as possible" button can do nasty things in the wrong circumstances. It best helps when you have put non-subscription items that are already available in your sidecart, and that button allows you to push them to ship right away rather than waiting for the next subscription shipment. At other times...it can cause confusion situations like this. It's not a problem and we can absolutely fix it! I'm just stating this warning as a precaution for the future.
I have gotten the order fixed up and pushed to ship out as soon as possible. You should now see it in your order history under its original order number. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
