Order number 7974415 placed Dec 8 has still not been fulfilled

I submitted an order and payed for it on December 8, 2019. The order number is 7974415. I knew this was a busy time of year and did not get too bothered when it was not filled right away. Now well over a month later my order is still in a pending status with a note saying it is waiting on “back ordered” items. The problem is I have been checking and every item I ordered is available on the website and states it is available now. I waited until after the inventory timeframe was over in the hopes that my order would be sent out. It has not and I have received no communication from the company. I have called twice and sent an email to customer service with still no response. Can someone please contact me about my order.

Hello gizmo1979,

It appears that that order was waiting on items that come from another supplier, that means it is available, but that it takes additional time to receive from another location before we can box everything up and send it out to you. There was one miniature holding it up as shown by its estimate on its product page: https://stage.paizo.com/products/btpy8wp4?Pathfinder-Bones-Miniatures-Selty iel

It appears that everything has now arrived though! So I have pushed the order down to the warehouse to ship out promptly. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!

Thanks so much for your reply! I was just starting to get a little worried. I had some issues with a different vendor that I ended up having to go through the bank to get a refund and guess I was just projecting my frustration on this order too. Thank you again!
