Grand Lodge

Pgs. 14 & 15 - Khraigorr Half-Face

In the "Notable Inhabitants" section at the beginning of this section on page 14, Khraigorr Half-Face is listed as a barbarian 6/mammoth rider 10. However, a character would have to be at least 10th level in other classes before they could take their first level of mammoth rider, based on the skill requirements needed.

This same situation pops up again on page 15, 2nd paragraph, 2nd sentence.

Grand Lodge

Pg. 29 - Leechweed hazard

In the last sentence of the leechweed hazard, it says "Fire kills leechweed, as does [b]holy damage[b]..."

The term "holy damage" is a little ambiguous. It might mean weapons with the holy weapon property (or any attack from a good-aligned weapon). Based on the text from the midnight morel description below, it also likely means holy water.

Grand Lodge

Pg. 41 - Raiding party encounter

Just like with Khraigorr Half-Face, the mammoth lords listed here can't take their first level of the mammoth rider prestige class until they're at least level 10. Bumping them up their levels to qualify would also affect the CR and raise it higher than 11 as is printed.

Grand Lodge

Pg. 52 - Demonic giant spider

In the original printing of the giant spider in the first Bestiary, the skills section lists a racial bonus of +16 to Climb. Based on later books as well as other spider stat blocks, this was SUPPOSED to be just a +8 bonus, and then the +8 bonus from having a climb speed would stack with this (making it essentially an untyped bonus, not a racial one). For the demonic giant spider listed here, it looks like the designer ran with the +16 listed bonus to Climb, AND THEN applied the +8 bonus for having a climb speed, essentially doubling that bonus.

Too-long-didn't-read version: reduce the bonus to Climb checks from "+32" to "+24".
