Need my Organized Play ID number reset.

Hello, I am helping a friend (This is his account) who recently got into Starfinder and Pathfinder 2e. In trying to find his ID last week we logged into the site and requested an ID, but immediately after found an older chronicle sheet from a month ago with his proper number. The damage was done and now his account shows a new ID number different from his already in use one.

Previous threads show a request and reset server side is all it takes since as a player it doesn't appear the number can be reset from this end. I understand there may be a delay with the new year and await your response.

I have removed the Organized Play ID currently attached to your account. This should allow you to add the actual ID number now. You will need the confirmation code in order to do this. If you do not have access to that confirmation code, please let me know and we can give you further steps for how we can get the right ID number on the account. if you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. Yes a new confirmation number is needed.

If you can send us copies of chronicle sheets that have the Organized Play number you would like to use on them from the email address on your account, we can confirm that you are indeed the owner of that number without the confirmation code and connect it to the account.
