Cancel, Delay, or Suspend Subscription

My bank is late in sending me a new card to replace my expired one so I want to avoid any trouble and just cancel/delay/suspend my current subscriptions. I should be able to just pick them right back up once I get my new card correct?

Because you have digital subscriptions, I will leave your subscriptions as they are until you are able to update your payment method, this will ensure that the pending items remain pending until you are able to update the payment method. When you have done so, just give us an update and we will process any subscription items that are still pending for you. Thank you!


Oh, my bad, I didn't see this message. Anyhow, just updated my payment method. I made another post about it before I saw this... again; my bad. Thank you.


It's been more than 24 hours so I'd like to check in. My card still isn't being accepted and my subscriptions aren't going through. Can this be resolved? If it can't, please cancel my subscriptions and remove my payment method from my account.

I got the issue sorted out. We are closed on weekends as well as on December 24th and 25th, and will be closed again on January 1st. Keep this in mind for expected response times.
