I would like to cancel the order that I placed on September 9th.

I sent an email on November 27th asking about an update and haven't received a reply, so I'm trying this channel.

I can't call as I am not based in the US. Please update me as soon as possible.

Why are newer posts taking priority over older posts? I have been waiting months for this shipment. I would like it cancelled and refunded.

I have canceled the requested order. I'm sorry we missed you email, we are long caught up since November and it seems there may have been a technical issue in receiving your email. We only charge for items when they ship, I see there have been no settlements on the order, so any authorizations that were holding funds should now be released. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
