Title says all. What are your most memorable/favorite encounters, whether combat or non-combat, that you've had in major cities and urban settings?
A relatively low level, but high stakes chase scenario.
Everyone was around level 4-5, and the Rogue botched a Bluff to a city guard. The guards started chasing us through the streets and the GM was throwing environmental skill checks at us.
I was a big dumb Fighter in heavy armor but I was nailing the rolls to jump over the food cart, and to keep my footing on the wet cobblestones, and when the Cleric fell in the mud I scooped her up on my way by and carried her the rest of the chase.
It was comical and fun, but it was probably rewrite new characters time if the guards had caught us.
