Magus + Touch of Blindness + Multiple Attacks

Advice

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the combination in the topic.

Our current campaign has recently reached Level 6 and I looked for interesting options for my Magus that don't revolve around *more damage*.

I've stumbled over the "Spell Blending" Arcana which allows a Magus to learn and use a Wizard spell. I didn't think much of it at first since I was under the impression that the Magus spell-list was already full of the best touch spells, but then I found "Touch of Blindness".

While the spell's effect are self-explanatory, I was a bit puzzled by the "Target creature or creatures touched (up to one/level)" part. While I'm sure this is meant to mean that I can use the spell on mutiple targets per round, the question that formed in my head was whether or not I could, with the use of Spell combat, apply multiple charges in succession on the SAME target (I.E. during a full attack).

I hope the question isn't too stupid but I've seen several interesting combinations fall apart because of small things like this, which is why I want to make sure it checks out.

Spellstrike's the ability which lets you use a touch spell via your weapon, and that in turn allows you to use a touch spell which allows multiple attacks more than once per round. Only once you actually get 2+ attacks per round of course. You can use this with spell combat but don't have to.

Note that the blindness from touch of blindness doesn't stack on a single target. If you hit one target with touch of blindness twice in a round and they fail both saves then they're still only blinded for one round - the durations will overlap.

Yes, that works. For instance, your turn could go like this:

Use spell combat to cast TOB.
5'-step up to the enemy
Get your free attack from casting TOB.
Get your regular attack from spell combat.
Get an additional attack if level 8 or if hasted.
And outside your turn, get an additional attack from an OA.
... each of these four forces a save-vs-blind, and it doesn't matter if it's the same target or not.

Same goes for Frostbite or Chill Touch. And yes, this is a good combo.

Just to clarify, each of these CAN force a save vs blind. You don't have to waste charges whan hitting someone who's already blind.

So let's say you get 3 attacks per turn. First attack you hit the target, and deliver one charge to make them save. The enemy makes their save (they're not blind). Second attack you hit the same target and deliver another charge, which forces a second save. This time the enemy fails their save and is now blind. The third attack you hit the same target but decide not to use a charge since the target is already blind.

(You would have ti decide before each attack roll is made if you're delivering the spell, I didn't get that across very well.)
