Pathfinder society character Brave Sir Robin

Advice

I am making up a pathfinder society character based off of Brave Sir Robin from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
I'd like him to be a fighter with a sword and shield- like in the movie.
But having a character who bravely runs away in every encounter would be a pain for the other players. They'd essentially lose a combatant every fight.

Is there an agility build or something I can use to make a still useful in combat who is constantly wetting himself and trying to run away?

Be a Ranger or Slayer to get the shield feats, take the TWF feats like normal, use a short sword and light shield. This might also require Two Weapon Grace to be effective, but at least Two Weapon Grace counts as Double Slice for meeting the prerequisites of Two Weapon Rend...

All the "oh brave Sir Robin, he bravely runs away..." stuff is up to you to roleplay.

A cohort that follows you clicking coconut shells together is a definite plus.

I have something that might help.

Dip a level or 2 in MOMS Monk. Take Ascetic Style and Panther Style.

9 Ring Broadsword is a Monk Weapon. That's all right. You will be able to apply Unarmed Feats to that weapon.

Panther Style Feats give you a Free Action Attack whenever you Provoke an Attack of Opportunity by Moving out of a Threatened Square. So you will get lots of attacks per round, literally by running away away.

You are looking into a Qadiran Horselord.

They get the same ability as a Cavalier to deal charge nukes, but you get to nuke enemies as you jump back with Spring Attack.

Go with a Bodyguard animal companion to protect you with, well, the Bodyguard feat.

Use Weapon Finesse to have very high DEX.

An aid-another-centric Halfling might work too - stand there cowering behind your shield, while giving bonuses to the others in the party.

Sanhain, I have a Bestial Leaper build here to peruse. (See a follow-up further down that page.) It has a move of up to 80' afoot by 2nd-level. (One of your other, unlisted feats in that should probably be Cleave, which is a serviceable feat in low- to mid-level PFS.)

Try a cavalier who does ride by attack.
Or someone who uses spring attack.

With either of these you still attack, but spend time running away from your enemies.

Or, be a Ranger/Slayer to get the Disengaging Feint and Disengaging Shot feat chain... everything is about Bluff and run away.

Halfling rogue with the Craven alternate racial trait.
