Adventure suggestion for Wisher's Well

Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

Okay so my heroes will soon embark on a quest involving flooded Thassalonian ruin chambers. And it struck me, maybe Paizo has issues something similar (in theme or "color") before?

Here's the whole pitch from Sandpoint Light of the Lost Coast. If I were to create my own adventure this is what I have. First a (light) spoiler for the general info; then a (heavy) spoiler for the complete details.

short pitch:

This landmark consists of a 30-foot-tall stone tower with an interior that drops away into a 100-foot-deep shaft ending in a deep pool of water. All manner of monsters dwell in the flooded chambers below, including a tribe of skum, reactivated "ancient Thassilonian guardians" and a slightly larger tribe of faceless stalkers who have been surgically altered to breathe water.

The adventure seed is recommended for 9th level. My heroes will be 6th level soon. This should not be a big problem.

My question: do you have any recommendations for PF1 adventures (I am a Paizo newbie) that I could rejig for PF2 that feature any of the details I've mentioned, such as cool subterranean water-filled Thassalonian treasures or the main monster?

complete spoiler:

Both [skum and faceless stalker] tribes are ruled
by an albino aboleth named Vorimorath who came to the
region via submerged tunnels, drawn by the promise of
strange Thassilonian treasures in the flooded depths.
Today, Vorimorath, known to its minions as the “Deep
Ghost,” rules a tiny empire in the dungeon complex below
Wisher’s Well. The entire place is flooded, and those who
would seek to explore it must contend with this fact first
and foremost. Vorimorath has recently finished studying
the significant number of carvings and repositories of
magically waterproofed lore in the complex, which was
once a hidden underwater laboratory for a transmuter
named Mazmiranna (who in time would abandon this
complex to become the fifth Runelord of Greed). Eager
to find new Thassilonian discoveries, Vorimorath has
been sending its skum and faceless stalker agents out to
other locations—the skum to sites in the Varisian Gulf,
and the faceless stalkers on raids, disguised as humanoid
adventures, to locations like the Pit.
The complex below Wisher’s Well is a dangerous place
to explore, for many of the chambers have had their
ancient Thassilonian guardians and wards restored by
Vorimorath, who prides itself in its skill and power in
the ways of ancient runelord traditions. An underwater
river connects the deepest cavern here to Sog’s Bay (see
page 92), but Vorimorath is not above using its magic to
exit the well via flight and transformation to explore the
world on “human legs” now and then.

And a rules question.

Consider Triton's Conch:

If you put this large opalescent conch shell to your ear, you can hear the sound of the roaring sea crashing against the shore.

Activate Single Action Interact (auditory); Effect You can raise the conch to your lips and blow into it, letting out a long, rumbling note. For the next minute, you and all allies who were within 30 feet of you when you activated the conch gain a +2 item bonus to Athletics checks to Swim and can breathe under water.

This thingamagog can be used repeatedly, right? It does not specify any "frequency".

So could you have one party member be responsible for blowing this horn once a minute - even underwater - and basically take care of your underwater breathing needs? (Since every hero can hold his breath for quite a while, it's not super critical to time this to the second)

When you stop to sleep and rest, you have to have a pretty diligent guard though :)

Am I missing something or would this be how you envision the RAI here?

(I noticed the item has been completely redesigned from PF1, so older discussions aren't relevant)

I've found this:

...but would like specifically flooded dungeons (as opposed to any old underwater scenario), thanks!
