I was trying ot purchase the Harrow Deck Duluxe and Condiiton Cards in print, and when i got to the "Place order" screen to confirm my CVC on the back of my card, it did not go to a payment confirmation page, so i tried it again and got the same.

Thinking that it might be the webpage i retried one last time thinking maybe the payment method has failed or something like that so i checked, my bank account to find that i have been charged 3 times but im not able to access the Print content? Or have a payment confirmation email.

Can someone get in touch and confirm that i have purchased the decka nd print content, but i will only be charged once as $80 is more than i can afford to spend with Christmas around the corner.

Unfortunately it does not look like the order was able to be appropriately processed and you may need to place the order again after the following issue is resolved.

Your card was declined because it did not pass the Address Verification System (AVS) check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the billing address entered for the card on Paizo.com and the billing address your bank has on file for the card. Please ensure that all of the information entered for the payment method is accurate and then try to submit the order again.

The transactions you are seeing are not charges. They are authorizations or holds, which occur each time our card processor is asked to contact your bank to check if the card is good. When this happens, many banks choose to put a hold on the funds for the expected charge. However, because your card was declined, we cannot finalize these charges. Authorizations typically reverse a few days after they appear, when your bank chooses to release the funds.
