"thread necro" Casting Raise Thread

just finished up a run of Carrion Crown, and am actually starting another (with different Players). Yeah - still going strong...

Our APs have been severely disrupted by the pandemic and other personal troubles, but I've been building one last team to take on the Eyes of the Ten scenario arc. We are seven sessions away and I'm excited to finally show Wei Ji what he has been missing.

Pulls out the bound volume Workplace Policies of The Home Office, Vol. XI and begins to write in it.

"One is quite curious to see what one has been 'missing', indeed."

I'm still playing PF1. Two games a week, remote, started due to the pandemic. One is in person coming back next week. The other will remain remote.

I'm doing my own adventures but using FR as my world.

I'm still running 2 PF1E games (Rise of the Runelords, Hell's Vengeance). Both online. Rise is every other week. Hell's is weekly. Both groups will continue into another PF1E AP when they're finished with these. Rise is currently in Book 6 and will run Shattered Star next. Hell's is unknown at this time as we're still in Book 1.

We are still playing PF1E - currently running two AP (Jade Regent & RotRL) both are somewhere in book 3 (i think^^).
We tried finishing RotRL before, but the groups always split up (people moved away, different shifts etc.), but this time we are determinate to finish it (our DM runs the part we already did as a "story told by an old man in a tavern", so much quicker then usual, jumping from "event to event" - it is fun so far, as our characters are also sitting at the tavern table and are able to interrupt and "correct" the story teller. :)

Still playing PF1. We play Thursday nights via Zoom, minis, and customized battle mats.

I am running a PF1E campaign for my local university roleplaying society - introducing 18 year olds to roleplaying using it. It is going pretty well (and is the only non-5e game that was being offered).

Halfway through book six of Return of the Runelords.

I'm converting classic adventures to Pathfinder to run in the RIFTS setting for one of my games. My standard fantasy game is currently Rise of the Drow with other adventures mixed in such as the Re-education of Coyotl from FGG.

I'll keep running and playing PF1 for as long as I can find decent players to play with. I'm becoming concerned that more and more players are more interested in goofy antics and rifftracking everything in a game rather than playing an actual adventure. It's making finding good players harder and harder.

If I ever get to play at all, Pathfinder 1st Edition would be my first choice if I got to have a choice.
