Gun Warpriest

Advice

Hello people, i want to show my intresting wierd Build.I conceived this build as alternative for Paladin Holy Gun archetype. Holy gun can be strong, but on high levels
Also, this build will working if your god have a firearm as a deitys favored or if any weapon with weapon focus feat will be a Sacred Weapon

11level Human Warpriest(20rp)

Str 14
Dex 16
Con 10
Int 10
Wis 16
Cha 8

1lvl Gunslinger: Point black shot, Weapon focus(pistol)

2lvl Warpriest: Opening Volley

3lvl Warpriest: Empty Quiver Style

4lvl Warpriest: Rapid sot

5lvl Warpriest: Stabbing Shot

7lvl Warpriest: Empty Quiver Flexibility, rapid reload

9lvl Warpriest: Deadly Aim

10lvl Warpriest: Quick Draw

11lvl Warpriest: Dodge

At 11level i can shoot and attack in melee with pistol(or another firearm)with d10 damage

1 level of gunslinger was taken for profiency with firearms, and quick clear deed.

What are you think about that, and what i need to change?

I'd be Vital Striking with a rifle I think.

Vital Strike working with firearms?

Yeah, why wouldn't it?

This character's action economy is a nightmare. Reloading a pistol is a standard action. Using either an alchemical cartridge or rapid reload will cut it to a move action. Using both will cut it to a free action.

What kind of pistol are you going to use that lets you use Rapid Fire before you can reload for free? And for that matter, around 7th/8th level you could of saved your pennies and purchased a +1 shadowshooting pistol and never had to worry about reloading again.

My suggestion would be to start as a Warpriest of Erastil or someone else that has a ranged weapon as a favored weapon. Use a non-firearm till you can afford a firearm that you don't need to reload. That way you can skip the reloading feats. At low levels hitting AC shouldn't be too difficult. You really want to switch to a firearm before you hit high level (12+) when AC climbs higher than a 3/4 BAB has any right to keep up.

Reorder your feat selection to favor whatever ranged weapon you're deity uses. But always intend to switch out later. Also delay that dip into Gunslinger till you switch to guns.

1st: Point Blank Shot, Weapon Focus (Pistol)
3rd: Precise Shot (ever ranged character needs this), Rapid Shot
5th: Deadly Aim
6th: Take your dip into Gunslinger
7th: Weapon Specilization:Pistol, Point Blank Mastery
9th+ whatever feats you want.

If you feel you can afford the -6 to hit, you could consider picking up Two Weapon Fighting to get an additional attack. Firearms aren't good for this because there are no light weapons in the class of weapons.

Eventually you want to trash your shadowshooting weapons for a Pistol of Infinite Skys so you don't have to worry about doing min damage vs things that have True Seeing or just detect illusions.

I used Firearm for this build, because i said that build is alternative for a Holy Gun, and i think if i will shoot to touch AC, i will have better chance sucseed

Meanwhile, thanks for your build
