Scarab Sages 1/5

So, I've got something tickling my brain that I need help figuring out. This year at AVL Scarefest I got a kobold boon for GMing, and I'm making him into a Witch. So, his Int is going to be jacked.

Kobolds as a race only have four possible languages they can learn from high intelligence: Common, Dwarven, Gnome, and Undercommon.

As far as Im aware, there are no written rules on what happens if your Intelligence has more modifiers than your race has languages, so Im wondering if I can pick languages for certain nationalities or something like that. But given that it's PFS, I'd like to not have my kobold audited over a few languages he can or cannot speak. So, my question is, are there any rules about this type of thing for PFS or Pathfinder in general? Ive looked and I've yet to find anything myself on the field guide, the forums, or in the books.

Anyone can learn regional languages, and even if you start with a 20 Int, that only means one extra language above your starting potential (Kobolds start with Draconic in place of Common).

I guarantee that you won't be "audited" for that, but even if you encounter a GM who (for some reason) says you can't have your one extra regional language, it won't hinder your character or invalidate your build.

(plus I assume you'll be continuing to increase your Int and/or putting ranks into Linguistics)

That's true. I just want to make sure, given that I've seen characters audited over some pretty stupid stuff, and a kobold boon isn't something you wanna risk losing over something as dumb as languages. I'll probably grab languages like Tian or skald or something. And yeah, I'm jacking his Int as high as I can get it, given that's he's gonna be a debuff witch.

His starting stats are:
Str: 8
Dex: 14
Con: 12
Int: 17
Wis: 10
Cha: 8

But by level 12 his Int should be a 26.

Congrats for kobold boon :'D I'm myself just sad that even if I eventually manage to get the boon I'm not really planning to create new 1e characters and play them enough to justify it at this point...(so gotta hope for dem 2e kobold boons)

Underlined for emphasis in following comment...

There shouldn't be a situation where one looses their race boon from an audit.

There may be situations where one is asked not to play a character, but I've never heard of a Boon being revoked like that, or taken by the auditor.
