So I'm okay with being either just not both. Let me explain.
I have this cool idea for a very thematic pc.
To pull this off correctly I'd like to have full use of the revelation armour of bones and the exploit blood tears.
The best I can do right now is an Archanist with VMC Oracle.
However, armour of bones is 6 or so levels behind.
I don't really care about the spell casting of either class too much. Power wise as long as it doesn't suck I'm okay. Sub standard is okay. :)
Any ideas? Not being either class is okay too if that somehow works. Any help is appreciated! :)
You don't need Arcanist levels for that effect -- this spell is an Oracle spell!

I think you are going to have to substitute a spell or magic item for one of those class abilities though. As an arcanist there's spells like undead anatomy (w/shapechanger bloodline, one way or another for the duration), or with the psychic bloodline to avoid arcane spell failure you could get actual armor made out of bone (see primitive materials on this page).
Yeah I thought about bone armour.
I think I know what I will do if I ever play this character as a pc or npc.
