I sent out an email to support with no reply so trying here. I submitted an order on Oct 25th and the order is still pending. Can I get an update on my order status?

There are several items in your current pending order that list this on their product page:

"Ships from our warehouse in 5 to 23 business days."

This indicates that these items are ones we will be receiving form a supplier or separate warehouse and will take that estimated time from your order date before we will be able to get them in a box and ship them out to you. This is what we are waiting on to ship out the order. I don't have a more exact estimate than that available on the product page, but if you'd like to make any changes to the order based on this information, please let us know. Thank you!
