Just a quick check in. As far as I can tell, Lycanthropy is a curse, so someone with "Acupuncture Specialist" can either delay it, or cure it?

The link for Lycanthrope notes the following:
Note that natural lycanthropes and skinwalkers can’t use these methods to rid themselves of their accursed ancestry—for these individuals, there is virtually no hope of curing their inherent natures, save perhaps for the power of a miracle or wish spell.
Therefore, I would say the specialist cannot affect a natural lycanthrope, but can cure an afflicted lycanthrope.
