If I have darkvision and polymorph into a creature that doesn't have darkvision, do I lose it?

Yes. You got that ability from your original form, which you are no longer in.
Assuming you didn't gain Darkvision from a spell or prestige class (or something similar) then yes you probably lost it. If it depends on your physical form, such as being an Orc, then yes its gone.
If you got it from Shadowdancer, then you would still have it.
