Can't add new payment method?

I've been trying to purchase PDF's and have entered my new credit card about 100 times and the system isn't recognizing my payment info. Please help, I'd love to make some purchases!

I see the multiple attempts to make the payment method on your account, however, I can't seen any declines. I did notice that the payment method was not attached to the order. I have attached it to the cart for you and this should hopefully resolved the problem. If you have any ongoing issues, please let us know. Thank you!
