So other then the core book and the Advanced Class Guide, what other pocket edition books got updates, fixes, etc.?
All of the pocket editions (including the two you mentioned) matched the final printings of the original hardbacks. I am fairly sure that no changes were made specifically for the pocket editions.
The pocket is the Advanced Class Guide has the corrected seconding printing included. As the original hardback had 9-10 pages of Errata.
