For a couple of months now I have been unable to purchase individual products, at least from Chrome.

When I click "Add to Cart" it stays on the same page and the button is replaced with "Your request produced an error." Nothing shows in the cart.

I was able to go to an alternative browser to make a purchase the other day but that is not a great solution. Usually, when I am trying to add something to my cart it is on the fly and when I don't have the time or bandwidth to go chasing a method to do so. This ends with the product not being purchased and neither party benefiting.

I am hoping there is a solution for this in the pipeline.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Sorry for the inconvenience-- I think this may be a bug related to an unusual data state for the cart. In addition to changing browsers, does opening the page in an incognito window in Chrome and/or clearing cookies allow you to add a product to the cart?

Clearing cookies did not help. I know nothing of incognito.

Right click on any product link and select "Open link in incognito window".

Thank you. That apparently also works. Still annoying but slightly less so.

It's definitely something with your browser, then. Give this a try:

Paste "chrome://settings/content/all" into your address bar. You should see a bunch of websites you've visited. Type "paizo" into the search box at the upper right of that page (not the search box on your browser toolbar). Click on paizo.com, then click the "Clear data" and "Reset permissions" buttons. (If there were any other sites that came up when you searched for paizo—there probably won't be—click those two buttons for each of them too.)

I think there's a fair chance that'll solve it.

That seems to have worked. Thank you!

You may want to sticky this information in Customer Service, as several people have mentioned having this problem there.
