Pathfinder Society Subscription not being fulfilled

I'm not seeing the latest Pathfinder scenarios within my downloads and no order has been created for them. I have had my chose of free subscription chosen since before the release of 2E I believe and I have bought part of the scenarios and quests since I needed them for running, but I would like to start seeing the subscription fulfilled. When can I expect to see them start? I have received an item from all of my subscriptions, so I can't think of any reason why this should not be being processed.

I am also missing Pathfinder Society scenarios as well.


Following up on this as the scenarios have not generated. There were some issues with processing one of my subscriptions, but that has been resolved.

Following up on this once more. I understand you are busy. I want to make sure this does not get lost.


"Bumping" the thread moves it to the back of the queue. Customer Servce works from oldest threads to newest.

If your problem is time-sensitive, I'd suggest you call the number at the bottom of the page during office hours. Whenever I've had to, they've always dealt with the issue right away.


Thanks for the information. I’ll refrain from bumping as I think you mean they work on threads with older last responses. My post does not change when the thread was created.

It’s odd thinking that someone else responding to your thread could make it actually take longer to resolve.


I'm still waiting to hear about this. I'm still not receiving my free Pathfinder Society Subscription items. I'm wondering if this may have to do with one of my orders being held up, but my understanding is that I have had an item ship from all of my subscriptions that are required for the items. Can I please get an update on this?

We implemented a widespread fix for many having this issue, but it looks like your account was not impacted when we did that. So sorry you've had to wait for yoru scenarios, you should now be able to find them on your account, and I have set up your account so that your scenarios should automatically generate as normal from now on. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know!
