pdf request "produced an error"

Every time I try to add an adventure path pdf to my shopping cart it pops up a line stating "Your request produced an error", and doesn't add the pdf to my shopping cart.

Also, whenever I try to subscribe to the pathfinder adventure path subscription, after clicking though the numbered tabs at checkout, there is no option anywhere to submit/finalize my order.

How do I solve these problems?

Hello cabuus,

I haven't encountered this issue before. I reset the cart and then was unable to recreate the problem on your account from my end. Is this problem still ongoing for you? If so, please let us know and I'll have our tech team take a look. Thank you!

By any chance, could this error be related to this other problem [1] I posted about?

Please let me know ASAP. This bug is preventing me from getting any additional PDFs...

Same for me, starting 3rd December 2019.

Have ordered as recently as 1st December, and have been doing so for years with no problems. Please fix.

We're looking at this issue.

If you have an order that has disappeared and is actively still gone from your order history, can you post the order number in the sticky customer service thread called Disappearing Items Error.

If you see items in your shopping cart, try to log off, close your paizo.com window/tab and then relaunch. If the already submitted items are still in your cart, please post the order number for the order you submitted in the sticky customer service thread called Disappearing Items Error and let us know those items are appearing in your shopping cart and that you've already tried logging off.

I'm going to close up this thread as it gets hard to follow separate issues.
