Three emails submitted over the past 25 days, no response to any of them. The emails involved only one issue, but now I have a few:

1. Subscribed to Pathfinder Lost Omens. Received my hardcopy, but PDF is not available in my account. Please resolve.

2. Even though I've received my hard copy of Lost Omens World Guide, there is another copy in my sidecart. Please remove this as I certainly don't need two copies.

3. I received, and see, PFS #1-00, but PFS #s 1-01, 1-02, and 1-03 were not added to my account, but I have email indicating that #1-04 and #1-05 were ordered as part of my Paizo Advantage Tier 2 benefits. They also are not yet available in my digital assets.

Many thanks for the prompt attention to this request, and please advise if customer support should be requested via email of via this forum for future issues.

Thank you for your patience while we have been working through our backlog in the inbox. For the future, either the forums or email are a perfectly fine way to contact us, but we are still catching up from a period of significant inquiries and our inbox response time is quite delayed. If everyone came to the forums though, that'd be just as delayed, so I'm able to keep up a little better on the forums only due to reduced traffic. Ideally, the forums are great for an urgent matter, such as catching something before it ships. As your issues would be affected by the subscription auth we are doing tomorrow, I'd say it was a good time to try us on the forums! We'll get that inbox back to a more manageable place soon too. I took a long look through your account and resolved the mentioned issues and found one more way to help you. I'll go in order:

1 and 2. It appears that the subscription linked copy was the one in the sidecart, so I got two birds with one stone by making the copy we already sent you the subscription copy, granted you the PDF from that, and canceled the extra copy. You should now have the PDF and no second hardcopy coming your way.

3. I granted all the missing scenarios to your account and it looks like we got it set up correctly now for you to receive the scenarios going forward.

4 (bonus!). I discovered that the same thing that happened with the World Guide appeared to be affecting your Alien Archive 3 book. you have a sub for it containing an AA3 that was never shipped, but then you bought AA3 and the PDF separately. I refunded the overcharge for the purchase of the PDF you should have gotten from the subscription to your store credit, and set your next subscription order to use this store credit.
