Hi, I emailed customer services a few days ago but understand you’re super busy.

I’m wondering if you can help with what I’m trying to do but I’m finding the website difficult to navigate to do this.

I want my old, expired card removed and my subscription and any future purchases to be put onto the new card I added. Many thanks.

It looks like we had some technical problems in adding the new payment method, which is likely what made it so difficult for you. I don't currently have the new payment method on the account to apply due to these technical issues. Could you please re-enter the card once more on the site (I think we resolved the original issue that made it not save correctly originally), and then I can ensure it is set as the new default and for all current pending orders. Thank you!

At this point we are very close to beginning to ship out October items on September 30th. I was wondering, if I could help push your next subscription order near the front of the queue, if you would want AP 147 and 148 to ship together at this point? I know that shipping internationally can have additional charges for each package, so i wanted to offer this option. Please let me know!

I'm sorry I didn't get to actually combining those items. I have been out of the office pretty consistently since that day and didn't get a chance to combine them. I hope its alright that they are arriving separately, but you will still receive a discount on shipping for AP 147 to equal out costs.
