Where are the "Make your own cards" expanded guidelines?

Homebrew and House Rules

In the Pathfinder ACG Core Set Rulebook on page 23, there's a section titled "Make Your Own Cards!" with the first paragraph detailing how to make your own character. At the end of this paragraph it says "Expanded guidelines can be found at paizo.com/pacg." Does anyone know where these expanded guidelines are? The guidelines in the core set rulebook aren't particularly extensive, especially when it comes to making your own powers. If anyone could link me to the expanded guidelines, that would be most appreciated.

It seems to have left the front page in the revision, but you can find a blog version of it here. This was written before Core, so it likely needs some updating.

Ah, thank you. Yeah, that guide is nearly identical to the one in the core set rulebook. I wish there was a little more in the way of how to do powers for your homemade character, like suggested powers or ways to incorporate pre-existing powers of other characters onto your character. For instance, if I wanted to make a wizard, I could take a list of all the wizard character powers currently in the game and then use that as my list of potential powers to give my made-up wizard character. I'm just trying to avoid making up my own powers, I guess, because there's no good way to know they're not too powerful without the playtesting that I don't want to go through :P

Anyways, thanks for the answer! I've been a big fan of this game for a long time, and I'm excited to try out the core set when I get the group together again!
