Hello again.
My order of Iconic Heroes Evolved is not reflecting the 30% off that's part of having a battles subscription.
Additionally, in my last thread the customer service rep was having tech support check my account since my orders keeps charging my card in full and not using my store credit. Can we please confirm that's corrected now, happened the last two cases in a row.

We have fixed this up for this product. Its price should now be displaying correctly for you. I am unsure about the status of your tech issue. I think that we will not know the effectiveness until we generate the next case orders. When this happens, please get in contact with us right away so we can make sure everything is alright. If not, we will have recent data to present to the tech team to look into the cause of the issue. I took a look now, and everything appears to be set up correctly from what we can see.
