Can't subscribe to Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscription

Though I canceled several Pathfinder subscriptions a while back, it turns out my friends have decided that they are interested in 2nd Edition after all. XD

Bad news for my wallet. Good news for you (and for us). Sorry about all the fuss.

When I tried to renew my subscriptions, however, I encountered a couple of issues.

No matter how many times I click the links for the Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscription, nothing ever gets added to my cart.

It might have something to do with the initial cancellation process. (Maybe it hasn't gone through yet or something?)

I tried signing up for the following subscriptions:
- Pathfinder Rulebooks
- Pathfinder Lost Omens
- Pathfinder Adventure
- Pathfinder Pawns
- Pathfinder Adventure Path (no luck)
- Pathfinder Maps (had to order separately for some reason)

However, only the first four ever made it to my cart. Unable to get the Adventure Path or Maps subscriptions, I went ahead and ordered the first three. Once that order was completed, I was then able to order the Maps subscription separately. However, I am still unable to get the Adventure Path subscription for some reason.

I'm concerned I may get charged for additional shipping and handling due to having to order them separately. Could you please ensure that, that doesn't happen, and send everything in as few batches as possible (to save on shipment costs).

I'd also appreciate it if you could sort out the Adventure Path subscription; I'd like to renew it starting with Cult of Cinders.

Also, it appears that everything is going to an old credit card. That will need to be fixed before all the orders bounce. The website does not seem to allow me to update to the new card for some reason. (See this thread for more details on that.)

Alright. I think I finally found how to update to the new card.

For some unfathomable reason, it's buried at the VERY BOTTOM of the account/subscriptions page, instead of on the MANAGE PAYMENTS page.

Please fix that! I can't be the only person who's been driven crazy by this.

What exactly is going on? I'm trying to subscribe for the Pathfinder adventure paths, but it doesn't seem to be working. Some parts of the site seem to indicate I'm already subscribed, but I've not been receiving anything from the Adventure Path line!

Please send me Cult of Cinders and Tomorrow Must Burn (hard copies and PDFs both). Please fix whatever is going on so with the subscription so that I don't miss any others.

It's starting to feel like I'm in some kind of subscription limbo.

It's been nearly a week. How come I've not received any form of response? You guys usually respond within a day or two. Are Customer Support Services being overwhelmed since P2E's release?

I'm sorry we missed your post. Unfortunately bumping your thread in this forum moves it up and makes it look newer, and as we answer posts from oldest to newest, this can delay our getting to it. We do have slower response times currently due to an extremely high influx of requests.

You were pretty much right about what was going on with your subscription. The system suspended the generation of new items from your AP subscription, but the sub was not canceled in the traditional way. I have fixed this and generated AP 145 and 146 into your maps order. I have waived the shipping on the order as it is shipping separately from other subscription items this month.

Thank you. Insofar as I can tell, all the issues have been resolved.

Fortunately, a fellow forum-goer noticed that I kept bumping the thread early on and informed me of how bumping the thread was likely to delay matters, allowing you guys a chance to "catch up" as it were.
