Issue with Insect Form

I read over insect form earlier today, and I have a big problem with the spell.

It allows you to take the form of an ant, a beetle, a centipede, a mantis, a scorpion, or a spider.

Three out of six options are not insects.

Sheesh!

Arthropod form then?

Or "bug form". Bug is a colloquial enough term that it works.

I mean, the Bestiary is careful to point out that pterosaurs aren't dinosaurs, so calling scorpions insects seems wrong.

Are you sure that evolution on Golarion took the same path as on Earth? Maybe there are no arachnids on Golarion and only "arachnid-like insects" can befound.

Art for the game consistently shows scorpions and spiders as arachnids.
