So, This is just a realy random idea I had.. A Halfling Cleric, With a Riding Dog mount that he uses for ranged combat and travel, And to get to injured people faster... Sure, Probably not very good build, A very silly idea over all. But I found the idea fun...
So I wanted to ask, Is there any way for a Cleric to get a Mount that levels with you? Such as a Riding Dog?
Thanks in advance!

Animal Domain or the Animal Ally feat will do it. The Boon Companion feat can help bring the progression up to match that of a Cavalier or Druid.

I thought Inquisitions where for the Inquisitor, Not the Cleric?
They are, but are not restricted.

Inquisitions are intended for inquisitors, not for other classes that give access to domains. While a cleric or other domain-using class can select an inquisition in place of a domain (if appropriate to the character's deity), inquisitions do not grant domain spell slots or domain spells, and therefore are much weaker choices for those classes. These other classes use the appropriate class level as their inquisitor level for the purpose of inquisition granted powers (clerics use their cleric level as their inquisitor level, and so on).
