When you receive an extra attack with these spells does it suffer from MAP?

Multiple Attack Penalty wrote:
If you use an action with the attack trait more than once on the same turn, your attacks after the first take a penalty called a multiple attack penalty. Your second attack takes a –5 penalty, and any subsequent attacks take a –10 penalty.

Of course it does.

Wow it's not so good then

Getting a 4th action is good, but it's not fight ending.

Far from it

I'm not turning down an extra action in the game. As a fourth attack it isn't so great, but as a third Strike or Stride freeing up other actions I'm taking it.

Depending on what character you give it to,an extra strike as a 4th action may not have that much of a penalty. Rangers exist.

This also allows characters with a solid 3 action routine to move into place before using them.

Or allows your gishy friend to cast a spell with no attack roll, in addition to making 2 attacks.

An extra action to stride or strike is much stronger than "a 4th strike at -10"

Yeah, Quick is EXTREMELY useful. There's a lot more to do than just Stride or Strike and getting a free one each turn is ace.
