No 17th-level class feature for clerics and druids, or 3rd-level class feature for wizards?

Rules Discussion

Did I miss something, or do clerics and druids not actually have a 17th-level class feature? Bards, wizards, and, as of Twitch stream errata, sorcerers all have a 17th-level feature; are clerics and druids supposed to receive one?

Wizards do not appear to have a 3rd-level class feature, either.

All of those missing class features are proficiency increases that all of these classes get at different levels. Clerics and bards get Resolve at level 9, druids at level 11, and wizards and sorcerers have to wait until level 17. Similarly, clerics, druids, and bards all get a save increase at level 3, which wizards get at level 5.

Keep in mind that ALL spellcasters get a fixed class feature at every odd level: access to a new level of spells.

I suppose I am simply a little confused on the rhyme and reason of precise distribution of class features, here.
