Order in limbo?

Good morning all,

I just got a order about to ship notice in regard to the latest AP volume but I also had two items in my sidecart - legendary adventures preview pack nad the hero point coins. They don’t appear in with this order. Are they ready to ship? Am I missing something?

I am not sure why they didn't get pulled into the order. I don't see any issues with them that would keep them from moving. I have put them in their order, granted it free shipping, and am asking the warehouse to get them out the door. You will be receiving an email confirmation.
