Please Change Address to New Shipping Address for Pending Order 7986304.


The address was updated for me over the phone, but I’m not sire why the status is now “Pending Suspended”. Could you explain this and unsuspend it if necessary to get the order moving?

Hello Lucky,

It looks like one of my coworkers was going through the voicemails and had suspended it to make sure it didn't ship until they got it changed. It looks that happened at the same time my other coworker was talking to you and changing it on the phone. I have lifted the suspension so it should be good to go now.
