Can't complete an order

I keep trying to purchase PDFs, but when I hit "Place Your Order" I keep just getting another page with a "Place Your Order" button and it never completes.

Hi ChthonicCrow,

Thanks so much for your patience. Even though your order is for a PDF, our system still requires a shipping address to process your order. Once you fill that in you should be able to process your order. Please let me know if that doesn't work for you and I can hopefully get this sorted out for you!

My payment method includes an address and my account has a default shipping address. I don't see any other prompts and the order won't complete.

Hmm, it looks like our system wasn't plugging in the shipping address. I have done so manually and pushed your order through. You should be receiving a confirmation email shortly and your PDF is available in your downloads now!
